2.1. Dr. FiLL Hangover Braker is a dietary supplement designed to support hangover relief. It is not a medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. 

2.2. We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of our product as individual results may vary.
2.3. Always read the product packaging and consult with a healthcare professional before use, especially if you have allergies or pre-existing medical conditions.
 

3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

3.1. Order Processing: We process orders promptly upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. 

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept all payment methods accommodated by Shopee and Lazada. All payments must be made in full before shipping. 

3.3. Shipping Policy: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout via Shopee and Lazada. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs processing). 

3.4. International Orders: Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please email hello@dr-fill.com for international enquiries.
 

4. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

4.1. Eligibility: Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. 

4.2. Refund Process: To request a refund, contact hello@dr-fill.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of damage. 

4.3. Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
 

5. AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

5.1. Affiliate Earnings: Approved affiliates earn commissions for every successful sale made through their referral links. 

5.2. Prohibited Conduct: Affiliates may not engage in misleading marketing, spam, or unauthorized paid advertising using our brand name. 

5.3. Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly.

5.4. Program Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account if terms are violated.
 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
6.2. By purchasing from us, you agree that our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
 

7. GOVERNING LAW

7.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
